DESCRIPTION:The 12th Annual FSCSDC Volunteer Awards nominations deadline is quickly approaching. The deadline for nominations is June 1\, 2017. Don’t let this opportunity pass you by! \nPlease join us for a delicious meal\, the potential to win some fabulous raffle prizes\, and the honor of your nominee (OR YOU) being recognized in one of the following categories. \nFSCSDC Volunteer Awards Nomination Forms \nThis event is all about recognizing and celebrating the work you do in your communities. Please consider making a nomination for your FSC or one of your fellow councils. The nomination form is attached above for your convenience. Please submit your nomination(s) to Britney by June 1st . We kindly ask that you also include pictures with your submissions. \nCategories Include: \n\nFire Safe Council Volunteer of the Year\n\nNominate an individual actively involved with fire prevention\, fire protection\, and fire preparedness projects or programs associated with a Community FSC within San Diego County. \n\nOutstanding Community Fire Safe Council\n\nNominate an outstanding Community Fire Safe Council doing extraordinary work in the community. \n\nCommunity Fire Safe Council Project of the Year\n\nNominate an outstanding Community FSC project at any stage of completion in 2016 to 2017. \n\nAgency Award\n\nNominate an outstanding Federal\, State or Local agency partner who has provided exceptional service within the community this year. \n\nOutstanding Leadership Award\n\nNominate an individual or agency who has provided excellent leadership in assisting the Fire Safe Council of San Diego County this year. \n***Best Expo Display Award*** \nBack by popular demand!. A winner will be selected the day of the luncheon. \n*** Prizes will be awarded to FSCs who present a display board of a fuels reduction project or a display that showcases your fire education programs*** \nFor further information please contact Britney.
