DESCRIPTION:Join us for our newest workshop offering\, the Last Chance Survival Simulation Workshop\, in Potrero on Saturday\, March 19th from 9am-4pm! \nAbout the training: \nA course for community members designed to address wildfire entrapments and human survival in the wildland fire environment. \nSome topics covered include recognition primed decision-making\, open-source fire intelligence\, contingency planning\, and other practices that may enhance the likelihood of human survivability in a fire entrapment scenario. \n*Please note\, this course will involve a short field exercise that simulates an evacuation scenario. \nTime: Registration begins at 8:30am.
