DESCRIPTION:Imperial Beach Fire Open House Event\n\nDuring the Open House\, apparatus from the Imperial Beach Fire Department\, San Diego County Sheriff’s Department\, Federal Fire Department\, San Diego County Hazmat\, and numerous other San Diego County Fire Departments and San Diego Law Enforcement agencies will be on display. Fire Prevention classes including “Stop\, Drop\, and Roll” and “Create an escape plan” will also be offered. Live music and entertainment for kids will be part of the event as well.\n\nThe goal of this event is to mix fun with life-saving information! Visitors will be treated to a variety of fire rescue demonstrations\, such as vehicle extrications\, Urban Search & Rescue K-9 demonstrations\, Sidewalk CPR demonstrations\, and teachings from real 9-1-1 emergency dispatchers. Also\, talk with firefighters\, paramedics\, and law enforcement personnel and tour the emergency vehicles on display.
