SUMMARY:FSCSDC General Meeting September 21st
DESCRIPTION:Please join us for the General meeting directly following\, starting at 10:30am. \nThrough the generous support of our partners at SDG&E\, we are able to host this meeting at\, SDG&E Energy Innovation Center- 4760 Clairemont Mesa Blvd.\, San Diego\, CA 92117.  We also wanted to let you know that SDG&E has kindly donated coffee and water for our guests. We have scheduled a very important presentation for the General Meeting conducted by Chief Mecham\, who will provide an evacuation training workshop highlighting the newly implemented P.A.C.E (Primary. Alternate. Contingency. Emergency.) procedures\, that Agency Officials are now using. The presentation will focus on evacuation procedures for the local FSCs to incorporate into their Community Wildfire Protection Plans. Chief Butz recommended that each FSC review their community maps prior to the meeting\, and identify the Primary\, Alternate\, Contingency\, and Emergency routes that they currently use. PLEASE BRING COPIES OF YOUR MAPS TO THE MEETING. Our intention is to make this workshop beneficial by individualizing it to each FSC. \n****All Fire Safe Councils**** \nI understand how rapidly positions within FSCs can change\, so I want to take this opportunity to reach out and ask for your help to keep our records current. Please help me by submitting your meeting times\, location (if known)\, and contacts (including numbers and emails)\, via email to Britney.munoz@rcdsandiego.org \nLet Us Know: \nIf you will be able to attend the September meeting\, please R.S.V.P. by responding by sending an email to Britney.munoz@rcdsandiego.org at your earliest convenience.
