Last Chance Survival Simulation Workshop Valley Center
Join us for our newest workshop offering, the Last Chance Survival Simulation Workshop, in Valley Center on Saturday, March 26th from 9am-4pm!
About the training:
A course for community members designed to address wildfire entrapments and human survival in the wildland fire environment.
Some topics covered include recognition primed decision-making, open-source fire intelligence, contingency planning, and other practices that may enhance the likelihood of human survivability in a fire entrapment scenario.
*Please note, this course will involve a short field exercise that simulates an evacuation scenario.
Time: Registration begins at 8:30am. Course begins at 9:00am and ends roughly at 4pm.
