January 27, 2022 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Thursday, January 27th, 2pm-4pm

Learn from experts in the field during this online workshop about how holistic, prescribed grazing methods can reduce fire fuel loads, thereby decreasing fire risk. In addition, we may cover how grazing can benefit the ecosystem, reduce invasive species, and more. Christopher Danch, Executive Director of Ojai Valley Fire Safe council, Brittany “Cole” Bush, of Shepherdess Land and Livestock, and Matthew Sablove, of Good Shepherds Regenerative Land Management will speak on the topic, and how community fire safe councils can get involved with grazing work.
