The Real East County and Potrero Fire Safe Councils are hosting a free community clean-up day for residents to bring their green waste, e-waste, and brush to be hauled away.

A free chipping service and mulch will be available. In addition, the following RESIDENTIAL waste items will be accepted for disposal:

• Yard waste
• E-waste
• Appliances
• Furniture
• Water heaters
• Pump tanks
• Scrap metal

These events help make our neighborhoods better and safer places to live and work. They also keep items out of harm’s way for our fire fighters that may otherwise get injured on these hidden dangers as they battle wildland fires in our communities.
