Prescribed Grazing to Manage Fire Risk
With a dry summer looming, California ranchers, researchers and land managers will weigh in on how prescribed grazing can manage vegetation and complement prescribed burning. You’ll be able to enjoy pre-recorded lectures from each of the panelists before the event. The panel discussion will be held on a weekday afternoon in late June and will feature Dr. James Bartolome (UCB), Madeline Milner (NRCS), Matthew Shapero (UCANR), and local ranchers including John Austel.
